SUMAL‘s innovative roll containers are characterised by a movable bottom.

What does this mean?

They consist of a system of steel springs that lower and raise automatically, a stabiliser to maintain a homogeneous level at all times and a base with Tampico brush, a natural plant material that is resistant to high temperatures/humidity and does not generate static electricity. All of them have a large capacity, but each model is different depending on its dimensions.

In this way, not only SUMAL can optimise space and time for transport, but the customer can also maximise storage space, reducing costs and handling times.

We remind you that, at the customer’s request, we can deliver the roll containers already assembled.

Our roll containers are ideal for any sector: commercial laundry, retail, food and supermarkets, automotive, textile and much more.

This is a trolley with a movable bottom that replaces the old aluminium bathtub model. It is designed to move wet, damp and dry linen in commercial laundries and to avoid injuries to the worker due to repetitive bad gestures.

  • It has a steel spring system that lowers and raises automatically and a stabiliser to maintain an even level.
  • The base has a tampico brush, which is a natural vegetable material that resists high temperatures/humidity and, above all, does not generate static electricity.

Each model has a different capacity depending on its dimensions.

RB.M 04

This roll container with a movable bottom replaces the old aluminium tub model. It is designed for picking clean linen in commercial laundries and hotels. This model has 2 sides and a rear panel with flanges, which ensure that the linen does not fall out and, in addition, it has a steel spring system that lowers and raises automatically to prevent damage to the worker due to repetitive bad gestures.

  • It has a storage capacity of up to 884 litres (dimensions can be adapted to the needs of each client).
  • The base has a tampico brush, which is a natural vegetable material that resists high temperatures and, above all, does not generate static electricity.

    PAINTED FINISH

    We have our automatic painting facility that guarantees an excellent finish to our products.

    The process consists of several phases:

    • Treatment tunnel: the parts are treated and degreased to ensure better adherence to the paint.
    • Humidity dryer: an oven that reaches a temperature of 100°  dry the parts before the next step.
    • Painting: the materials are painted with a thickness of between 60 and 90 microns. We use two types of powder paint, POLIESTER and EPOXI-POLIESTER.
    • Polymerization oven: the parts are baked for 20 minutes at 200°.
