The parts are treated and degreased to ensure better adhesion of the paint.
Oven that reaches a temperature of 100º to dry the parts before starting to paint them.
The materials are painted with a thickness of between 60 and 90 microns. EPOXI-POLIESTER or POLIESTER powder paint is used.
The parts are baked for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200º.
Sumal’s staff carries out a rigorous endurance test that is used to check whether the paint follows tolerance and quality standards.
