AGV ROLL CONTAINER
RB 8058 model has a series of advantages that improve the quality ow work and guarantee a better efficiency of the company.
It has an AGV reader system, automatic guided vehicles. The AGV system detects rolls and transports two compact rolls in a predetermined route, without the direct intervention of people.
It has a drag train which eases the possibility of joining and moving two or more rolls.
The wheels have brakes that allows to immobilize the roll, likewise, in a simple way we can put two rolls together and transport them joined.

COMPOSITION
1 base covered in PVC equipped with 2 fixed wheels and 2 castors Ø according to needs.
2 sides, one with a marking panel.
1 rear panel joined to the sides with 4 polyamide 6 flanges (highly resistant).
2 hinged doors with central opening joined to the sides using 4 polyamide 6 flanges.
Tow bar to transport two or more rolls.
1 mounting kit for rigidizing the roll container (side-base).

- Electro-zinc plated + Epoxy polyester painted.
Finish electro-zinc + mineral-organic SEALING (silver or golden colour).
